Dr. Gregory X. Boehm, MD, FASAM, is Board Certified in adult psychiatry, child/adolescent psychiatry, and is a Fellow of the American Board of Addiction Medicine.  He is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.  For the past 15 years he has served as Medical Director of Y-Haven, a residential treatment center for homeless addicted/alcoholic men.  His private practice group includes four IOP’s for the treatment of addiction, one of which is for the treatment of addicted pregnant mothers.   His special interest has been reentry programs for recovering men and women upon release from prisons. He directs the core requirement rotation for addiction medicine for psychiatry, family medicine, and pediatric residents.


Dr. Sybil Marsh, MD, MA, FASAM, is a graduate of McMaster University and Case Western Reserve University, is Associate Professor in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at UHCMC and currently serves as Program Director for the Residencies in Family Medicine and Family Medicine/Preventive Medicine. She is a  diplomate of the American Board of Addiction Medicine, and a trainer for the National Acupuncture Detoxification  Association. She treats patients with opiate use disorder in a variety of settings, including a buprenorphine /naloxone program located in the Family Medicine Center and a methadone treatment center as a staff physician. She has taught about the use of buprenorphine for opiate use disorder in numerous settings, including Ohio’s 2017 Opiate Conference (2015-17), Case Western Reserve University Continuing Medical Education (2004-2017), and the NEOMED  Opiate ECHO (2017-18).

Dr. Nancy Duff-Boehm, Ph.D., is Clinical Director of Boehm Psych Services, where she supervises the four IOP programs in the office. She has been in private practice treating adults, children and families for over 30 years. She is a Clinical Instructor for the Department of Psychiatry of Case Western Reserve Medical School. She is certified by the APAPO to provide treatment for Alcohol and Other Drug Disorders. Dr. Duff-Boehm earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Cincinnati in 1985. She is a former President of CPA, for two successive terms.

3.0 MCE credits will be provided from the OPA-MCE.  The Cleveland Psychological Association, Inc. is approved by the Ohio Psychological Association, Inc., #06P0-341377843, maintains responsibility for the program.
